Costumers are satisfied from quality of H330

According to Khabar Khodro, according to the newest report of ISQI, which is the source of vehicle quality survey in Iran, Brilliance H330 series has succeeded to satisfy customers.

Pars Khodro Company with more than 60 years of history has always been famous for developing high quality products in country. Maybe it’s the reason of about 5000 units sales of Brilliance H300 in a short period despite all market fluctuations. The vehicle, which is based on BMW 1 Series, is the first vehicle in Iran that has passed 30000 kilometer durability test according to European standards with help of Pars Khodro experts.

EngineerBehnamKhalaj, quality deputy and engineer Pejman Shad Chehre, quality manager of Brilliance and Nissan in Pars Khodro had an interview after the report of costumers’ satisfaction for this vehicle.

When asked about the reason of pars Khodro’s investment for this Brilliance vehicle, engineer Khalajresponded, “Brilliance H300 series sports better technology and quality as compared to other Chinese products.Considering successes of Pars Khodro and applying global quality standards in producing this vehicle, it could achieve good results in surveys of ISQI. Efforts of our colleagues in Pars Khodro are fruitful with the recent report of ISQI. The durability test that this vehicle has passed is the first long term durability test according to European standards in Iran.”

He added, “According to quality tests that we have applied for Brilliance H300 series, we had some assumptions and forecasts for results of ISQI surveys. Fortunately, among Chinese vehicles with same price, Brilliance was succeeded to be the highest quality and even outpace some old local products.”

Engineer Pejman Shad Chehre also said, “Surveys are done by Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company based on polls from 70 costumers of Brilliance. So, buyers are responded directly and without middleman. One of the most important parts of this survey is deficiencies of every 100 vehicles in first 3 months the indicator of which is IQS. According to the reports, those deficiencies in manual Brilliance H330 is just 218 cases per 100 vehicles and 262 cases per 100 vehicles in automatic models. Although these amounts are better than rivals, Pars Khodro would not confine them and is trying to increase the quality of this vehicle.”

He told, “These surveys are done based on costumers’ satisfaction in body, powertrain and fuel consumption, suspension and gearbox, safety, air conditioning and other divisions and costumers rate each segment from very good, good, average, low and very low scores. Final average of these ratings would determine quality place of vehicle.”

Finally, he added, “Maximum score of costumers’ satisfaction is 1000 and this Brilliance model could have achieved 741 scores for manual version and 745 scores for automatic version.”
