Change and innovation in offering services to ISACO costumers

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO company said, “After sales services dealerships should attend costumers with highest satisfaction and best after sales services.”

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, Hosseini in first day of 10thTehran Auto Parts Exhibition told, “General approach of ISACO as after sales services division in Iran Khodro Industrial Group would not have new options but it is an infrastructure that high officials in ministry of industry and mine and CEO of Iran Khodro are always stressed it.”

He announced that requisite of achieving any goal is to have a clear plan and added, “Certainly, preparation of this plan is applying it in the company. A satisfied organization would better satisfy customers.”

He mentioned that satisfying costumers is in plan of ISACO and remarked, “Lining up along with current potentials and using maximum potentials of ISACO would be effective in satisfying costumers.”

He also mentioned to some changes in ISACO and admitted, “Effective activities would be done in costumers’ satisfaction, turning system, costumers’ contact, correct defect recognition, on time acceptance and satisfying costumers for quality of services.”

He reiterated, “Now, Iran Khodro Industrial Group especially ISACO has good science, which should be transformed into knowledge in order to offer successful services to customers.”

Hosseini added, “Today, costumer should easily enter after sales services’ centers and he should not face problems and difficulties in taking after sales services.”

He said, “ISACO is willing to show itself as a different and innovative company in offering services to customers at its winter festival.”

He remarked, “From now on you would see the slogan “difference” in ISACO and certainly all planning in company would be based on it.”

He admitted that the basic slogan of ISACO is “costumer endearment” and reiterated, “ISACO is considering approach change in satisfying costumers and offering services so we have replaced costumer caring with costumer endearment as we believe that costumers should feel calmness while referring to after sales services’ dealerships.”
