According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company in a meeting with journalists said, “About three years ago, Modiran Khodro Company decided to improve after sales services division with determined plans, to be present in a region that is the heart of country’s industry along with other brands.”
According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, engineer Radin Peymanfar told, “Therefore, the company has been updated for hardware and software and experienced and expert human forces in this industry were used so the Modiran Khodro Company and its after sales services company were succeeded to solve problems in a short time.”
He added, “Based on evaluations of ISQI,Modiran Khodro after sales services company in year 92 was succeeded to have most growth and advancements in country was announced with 5 number one and 18 number two dealerships for the first time.”
He remarked, “In year 93, the company has achieved the second place in ISQIevaluations and had 8 number one and more than 56 number twodealerships.”
He reiterated, “Among activities done by this company, membership in association of after sales services and achieving certificate ofexcellencecommitment along with different ISO certificates and double amount of trainings can be mentioned.”
He admitted, “Now, average amount of referring to workshops for all vehicles brands in country is 2.7 percent while this amount for Modiran Khodro vehicles is 2, which means we have a better condition as compared to country’s average.”
Radin Peymanfar added, “One of biggest problems of our company is the lack of enough authorized spare parts’ stores in country, which has made problems for costumers. Therefore, by end of this year we would have at least 30 authorizedstoresopened in country with supports of Modiran Khodro Company.”
He said, “The lowest amount of referring to workshops of Modiran Khodro is for MVM 110 at 1.1 rates and highest amount is for X33 with 1.9 rates.”
He remarked, “Modiran Khodro Company is focused on after sales services and is the only Chinese automaker that has standalone after sales services company with goal of increasing services for customers.”
He told, “The most important service that we are offering for luxury vehicles of Modiran Khodro is 5 years or 150000 kilometers guarantee and now best dealerships of this company are trained for offering services to Tiggo5.”
