We would see quality improve of Group’s products with promoting organizational culture

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa said, “Quality should not be sacrificed with production increase as it is the basis of manufacturing.”

The meeting of evaluation of process of high quality production has been hold with presence of Dr. Mahdi Jamali, the CEO of Saipa, Akbar Shamsi Lahijani, technical deputy of CEO and Naser Akhoundi, CEODeputyin investments and some high officials in Saipa.

Jamali mentioned that paying attention to high quality production is one of the priorities of Saipa and told, “We should offer high quality products with planning and more efforts and it is our duty to introduce Saipa as symbol of quality inside and outside the country.”

He added, “We need a unified system of planned thoughts for each product in order to achieve ideals of quality and all quality monitoring channels should control the process of production for offering final product with high quality and satisfying costumers.”

He admitted, “In addition to high quality production, we should also improve organizational behavior and communication with costumers as quality in each company starts with its employees. If we can do so, we would see quality improve of Group’s products. We should at first think about quality in order to achieve such an improvement.”

He reiterated, “Some part of costumers’ dissatisfaction is the result of inappropriate behavior of some sales and after sales services dealerships, which should be solved with controlling and training.”

He remarked, “Costumers’ conception should be changed with producing high quality products not advertising. Saipa Auto Group in unique in human forces, technical science and equipment and we should review problems and causes in production to achieve a desirable condition.”
