Costumers’ satisfaction is dependent to supplying parts and offering high quality services

According to Khabar Khodro, first meeting of Saipa Yadak’s spare parts selling dealers has been hold in Olympic Hotel.

Engineer Mustafa Vahidzade said, “The level of availability for parts and services is one of the most effective factors in improving the quality of business.”

He told, “Dealerships can have effective role in quality and quantity improvement of after sales services with expanding original parts’ distribution.”

The CEO of Saipa Yadak mentioned to the focus on identifying needs, on time supply and distribution of parts and maintaining loyal dealerships as most important plans of Saipa Yadak.

Engineer Vahidzade also mentioned to the Saipa Yadak activities for confronting fake spare parts with low quality and added, “Unsafe and fake spare parts would have disadvantages for consumer and company and therefore, dealerships should become pioneer in confronting the issue. One of the problems of Saipa Yadak in recent years is increasing amount of fake and low quality parts in market, which would make losses for car owners. We have done considerable actions in confronting these fake parts.”

He remarked, “All of us are responsible for habituate costumers in using original parts. On time supply of parts, speed of offering services and satisfying costumers are most important plans of Saipa Yadak and we hope that with applying them we would see decrease of costs and improvement of new services along with advancing goals of group.”

He admitted, “Our relationship with dealerships is a win-win relation and it is considered in plans and policies of Saipa Yadak. We have always been supporting them and saved them in critical economic conditions. Now we are a family, too and consider their advantages in all our decisions.”

He reiterated, “Costumers are expected to enjoy accurate services along with high quality parts so, our duty in Saipa Yadak is to prepare such condition and dealerships are in forefront for the issue.”

At the meeting, engineer Sayyed Abbas Mirhoseini, commerce deputy of Saipa Yadak also has speech and said, “Wide network of parts distribution is one of the competitive advantages of Saipa Yadak and we are honored to have it. This meeting is hold with the goal of strengthening, widening and changing sales approaches.”
