Modiran Khodro after Sales Services Company has the highest amount of spare parts’ supply in Iran

According to Khabar Khodro, at the visit of spare parts’ warehouse of Modiran Khodro after Sales Services Company, engineer Peymanfar, the CEO of this company explained how the spare parts are supplied and ordered and answered the questions of journalists.

First, he explained the memoir of activities of this company and said, “Modiran Khodro Sales and after Sales Services Company in year 1383 was established with the goal of offering after sales services for manufactured vehicles and with infrastructural activities has made bed for accurate after sales services based on its missions and landscape.”

Now the company is trying to increase costumers’ satisfaction with managing supply of original spare parts and focusing on training employees and widening authorized dealerships’ network and preparing infrastructure for improving quality of offering automotive services.

During the visit of spare parts’ warehouse of Modiran Khodro after Sales Services Company, engineer Peymanfar told, “Overall area of spare parts’ warehouse is about 40000 square meters and layout and parts’ depot are done here.”

He added, “After order of dealerships, they would be divided to two overall and quick divisions from which the quick ones would be sent to dealerships at same day and overall orders would be gathered based on their price value and would be sent to dealerships between 3 to 7 days.”

He remarked, “Now exchange value of parts existing in warehouse is about 30 million dollar and in addition, Modiran Khodro after Sales Services Company has the highest amount of pare parts’ supply in country and considering the amount of manufactured vehicles it has a good and wide investment in this segment.”

He admitted, “Some of the dealerships are not willing to invest as the result of inappropriate economic conditions and order the parts after costumers’ reference therefore, a gap occurs between vehicles’ enter and exit of workshop. The issue is in study in order to make necessary motivations for invest in spare parts by dealerships.”

He reiterated, “Fortunately, all parts are adding to the stock based on plans however, every second there is possibility for parts’ shortage in maximum at 5 percent.”

He added, “Now highest amount of production in this company is for 530 and x33 and certainly high amount of spare parts is related to these models.”

He admitted, “There is two ways for supplying emergency parts, one of which is supply from Chery and the other is supply from production line. However, supply from production lines is faster but it also takes 4 to 5 days as it is placed in free zone and needs coordination with customs. On the other hand supply from China takes 25 days to one month.”
