ISACO plans for confronting fake parts in next year

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO said, “Although applying the plan of parts’ originality in ISACO was one of the good and acceptable plans for distinguishing original parts from fake ones but still there are fake parts and jobbers in the market.”

Engineer Reza Hosseinitold, “ISACO Company has used labels with holograms and exclusive barcode in order to reduce violations in selling spare parts and customers can use them for assuring parts’ originality. One the ways to do so is sending the code of parts to number 300031 and the other is using barcode reader that is an application for smartphones. This is a completely secure and inaccessible way for jobbers.”

About future plans of ISACO for the issue, he added, “There should be comprehensive support from all related organizations in order to confront fake parts in market but until copying and violation exist in market, we would try to distribute parts and accessories accurately in order to support dealers’ network and authorized shops. It is obvious that authorized centers of ISACO offer original, standard and high quality parts to costumers.”

He remarked, “According to determined plans, ISACO plans to grade parts and offer them in different price tags therefore costumers can select parts based on their budget while assuring their quality.”

He admitted, “In determined plans for next year at least 30 percent of needed parts for after sales services would be launched with different quality levels.”
