According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Yazd Tire Company mentioned to the most important plans and programs of this company in year 95 and said, “Installing and triggering machinery for different Radial tires for passenger vehicles and trucksand changing the usage of some existing machinery in order to increase productivity of products in Radial tires segment are among the most important plans of this company in year 95.”
Dr. Eskandar Sotoude in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter added, “Developing portfolio and increasing products of this company with launch of Radial tiresfor passenger vehicles and trucks are every year plans of Yazd Tire Company.”
He announced that the most important advantage of production and launch of new tires is independency of importing alike tires in country and using expert human forces and advanced technology in production and told, “Achieving this goal would be possible with singing agreements for technology transfer and technical helps in Yazd Tire Company.”
He admitted, “Now some kinds of Radial tires in 16 and 17 rings are produced in this company for new vehicles, which have passed different test levels and are coming to the market. In addition, Radial truck tires are designing and developing in this company in two different designs, which would be launched in market next 3 months after passing test level.”
He remarked, “Production of two kinds of tires for SUVs is also confirmed and their design and technical preparation would be completed in second half of the year.”
He mentioned to the start of production line for V series tires in Yazd Tire Company and reiterated, “In first phase of producing V series tires, which is done for the first time in country by Yazd Tire, 4 sizes of these tires are launched to the market.”
Sotoude added, “V series tires are now useful in new local made vehicles and some imported ones and their usage are growing fast and new customers are willing to buy them and replace foreign tireswith these ones. In addition, local automakers are also buying them instead of using imported tires.”
