We do not have problem in supplying spare parts

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro after sales services company announced that one of the most important issues of this company is on time supply of spare parts and said, “The most important plan and priority of this company is supplying spare parts, for which good activities have done and we could reach to 95 percent supply rate, which is an unprecedented event in Iran and we are trying to maintain this rate for this year.”

Radin Peymanfar in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “Despite the launch of some new models last year we could have good support for supplying spare parts but in applying some projects such as installing label and hologram on parts there were not any significant advancements and still there is not serious activities for them.”

About the waiting time for vehicles in dealerships of Modiran Khodro he added, “We are seriously trying for the issue and by designed system we can have information of vehicles with more than 48 hours of presence in dealerships and try to release them as soon as possible. For example, in recent 48 hours only about 20 vehicles were stopped in after sales services’ dealerships, which are often the reason of engine repairs or issues that need more time to fix.”

He admitted, “Now about 95 percent of vehicles that are daily repaired in central workshop of Modiran Khodro are released the same day or less than 24 hours.”

He remarked, “Now we do not have any problem for supplying spare parts as all the plans are done before the launch of new products and along with selling them we have started distributing spare parts in dealerships.”
