According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO in an interview with our reporter has announced the features of ISACO app.
Engineer Reza Hosseini, the CEO of Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company said, “One of the secrets of world’s biggest companies is keeping pace with updated technology and ISACO as one of the sub brands of Iran Khodro is trying for this issue continuously. He mentioned that today’s world is based on mobile phones and their software or applications are very useful in ease of people’s life therefore, ISACO has started designing ISACO’s mobile system(ISACO app) with cooperation of a powerful team of engineers of IT and network of after sales services with considering needs of customers.”
Hosseini added, “One of the features of this app is the availability of list of all dealerships and authorized stores of ISACO and their maps. In addition, some information about maps of gas stations and brochure of vehicles is in this app, which can be useful when for example vehicle turns off and there is no workshop.”
He also announced a feature named “Quick Facts” in this app and told, “QuickFacts are information about terms and conditions of warranty and technical information of vehicles.”
He mentioned to online reservation in this app and admitted, “In this system costumers could enter reservation system with entering chassis number, city and municipality division and considered date and reserve nearest workshop. It is to say that ISACO is always trying to offer services in all dealerships of country with an equal amount of quality.”
He remarked, “Another feature in this app is the option of “Buy Original” by which costumers could detect originality of parts by scanning their barcode or entering it manually.”
He reiterated, “One of the other features of this app is the list of available parts in services network and their technical number and their prices is visible, too. In addition this app is capable to show the wage cost and costumers can know it by entering parts’ code or details of works.”
