ISACO is placed in first place of after sales services for seventh consecutive year

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of After Sales Services Company of Iran Khodro has announced achieving first place of after sales services by ISACO among local automakers.

Engineer Reza Hosseini said, “Our biggest goal is to not make even a costumer dissatisfied with our services and our standards to be based on global standards in this segment.”

He added, “Costumer caring and high amount of costumers’ satisfaction is always among important goals of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and the results of current evaluations are confirmation to moving forward achieving this goal. Although, we are not reached to the ideals we have for after sales services.”

ISACO has achieved first place of after sales services among 39 other companies offering after sales services for vehicles while during seven times of these evaluations, which is done by ISQI and confirmed with Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, it is always placed in first place.

It is to say that the most important feature of evaluations this time is the change of assessments’ model and its proximity to global standards, which made evaluations stricter. In evaluations of year 94, after ISACO, Mazda Yadak and Saipa Yadak companies were placed in second and third places in offering after sales services.
