According to Khabar Khodro, deputy of after sales services in Saipa Yadak has announced the presence of Saipa after sales services company and two other after sales services companies (ISACO and Mazda Yadak) in a place of after sales services’ quality evaluation in country.
Sayyed Amir Mir Monsef said, “In new evaluation of ISQI, three companies among 39 after sales services companies are placed in one level of services’ quality.”
He told, “Increasing costumers satisfaction, increasing quality of services and offering innovative services to customers are the most important factors in achieving this score. In addition, determining improvement plans in order to increase dealerships score and offering expert services are effective in this success. Some of these activities include mobile app, expert gearbox workshop and the system of parts’ originality detection.”
He added, “Dealerships of Saipa Yadak in whole country are evaluating all year long and continuous improvement is always a process for them and in case of any contradictions, revision works would be done.”
He also mentioned to activities for increasing costumers’ satisfaction and announced the growth of related indicators in evaluations of ISQI.
