According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak said, "We had important and effective efforts in on time supply of spare parts in order to increase costumers’ satisfaction and widen market share of spare parts.”
Ardeshir Amini told, "Saipa Yadak Company as the proctor of offering after sales services to passenger vehicles of Saipa, has determined on time supply and delivery as one of its important goals in business and with performed coordination with suppliers, problems in this division are minimized.”
He added, "Considering the effect of on time supply of parts in increasing costumers’ satisfaction, the issue is priority of commercial division of Saipa Yadak and it is tried to solve all problem in this respect.”
The CEO of Saipa Yadak admitted, "Saipa Company is considered supply of spare parts in its cooperation with commercial partners, too and with policies of Saipa CEO in relationship with local parts makers, many of the problems in this division would be solved in near future.”
He reiterated, "Saipa Yadak have made necessary infrastructures for on time supply of parts in last month of this year with cooperation of suppliers and foreign commercial partners and as the result, costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services’ network would be increased and Saipa costumers would not be faced with lack of spare parts and long times of repair.”
