According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO said, “Offering high quality and accurate services is our concern and red line in ISACO and we as proctor of this segment are committed to take costumers’ ideas and opinions. Therefore, we have a special group for reflecting opinions and reports of people to officials of this company in addition to Iran Khodro responding system and ISACO inspection and costumers’ relationship unit.”

Sayyed Reza Hosseini at the meeting for concluding provincial trips added, "Considering ISACO’s wide network of services in whole country, in-person monitoring and relationships with costumers seems to be necessary in addition to existing communication channels for interacting with concessioners of dealerships, therefore, these trips were planned.”

Hosseini added, "These trips were planned and applied during holidays and at the peak of the people’s trips and during this plan costumers’ problems regarding different issues such as parts’ supply and vehicles’ objections were heard and necessary policies for reducing them were determined. And now we are determining and preparing processes that make offering services easier, with taking these reactions.”

According to this report, last week the CEO of ISACO along with other officials of this company have traveled to different provinces of this country to know the concerns of costumers and dealerships with the goal of monitoring and evaluating the process of offering services and reviewing entrances of this segment.

Hosseini first went to Ilam province and made a presence in dealerships of Iran Khodro in Ilam, Mehran and border terminal and had some meetings with provincial officials for applying Arbaeen plan. Then, officials of this company intrusively went to Gorgan, Urmia and Ardebil and had reviewed authorized dealerships in these cities.

At the end of the trip in each city, the CEO of ISACO has made meetings in order to offer special recommendations to managers of dealerships about offering good services to people. He also said that in this economic situation, the level of offering services should make comfort for Iran Khodro costumers more than before.
