License of 27 ISACO dealerships was suspended

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of ISACO during periodical test of technical experts of 800 authorized dealerships of Iran Khodro has announced the end of cooperation and suspending some dealerships of this automaker and said, “From the beginning of this year license of 27 ISACO dealerships were suspended.”

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, Sayyed Reza Hosseini mentioned to the suspension process in ISACO dealerships and told, “Suspended dealerships are given a three months time to solve problems that are against standards and if they do not apply given instructions, their license would be suspended.”

He added, “There should be one after sales services dealerships in dealers’ network of Iran Khodro for each 1000 units of vehicles. Meanwhile, considering vehicles that are in warranty period, our norm is higher than standard.”

It is to say that periodical test of technical experts in 800 dealerships of Iran Khodro was hold in Wednesday and Thursday last week.

In this test, technical experts in dealerships of Iran Khodro are evaluated in different levels including manager of after sales services, reception expert, technical expert, stockroom manager and skillful.

The test is done with the goal of evaluating and updating technical and basic knowledge of dealerships’ employees and more than 8000 people were attended the test.

Employees of Iran Khodro dealerships should have academic knowledge too. The lowest degree for attending these dealerships is Associate Degree while now more than 60 percent of technical experts in Iran Khodro dealerships have B.A of mechanics or electronics.
