According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel has announced the cooperation agreement with Hyundai Company and restarting cooperation with this company.
The agreement of restarting cooperation between these two companies was signed during the meeting of Iran Khodro Diesel CEO, Alireza Saji with Edward Lee, the deputy CEO of commercial vehicles in Hyundai.
Alireza Saji, the CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel Company announced the news and said, “According to this agreement, Iran Khodro Diesel as the first and oldest partner of Hyundai Company in commercial vehicles’ segment, would start production of some new products with updated technology of Hyundai and would launch them in Iran market.”
Alireza Saji added, “There is a new perspective for expanding cooperation between these two companies in new period of relationship and officials in Hyundai has announced their readiness for the issue.”
He told, “Like before, Iran Khodro Diesel is focused on expanding and cooperation with foreign companies in order to increase diversity in its portfolio and restarting cooperation with Hyundai is an example of its efforts.”
The CEO of Iran Khodro Diesel added, “Cooperation agreement with Hyundai is about production of in town and suburban busses along with mini busses and trucks.”
