According to Khabar Khodro, Amir Hassan Amiri, board member and deputy of sales and after sales services in Jahan Novin Aria Company, the authorized dealership of Nissan Japan in Iran, said, "based on latest report of ISQI, Jahan Novin Aria Company once again has achieved first place of costumers’ satisfaction for after sales services among other automakers in country.”
At the report of this institute, 23 companies that sell vehicles are evaluated. Amiri added, "Jahan Novin Aria Company at the report that published in third quarter of year 96 was achieved first place of after sales services for costumers’ satisfaction, too. According to latest report of ISQI, Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved 814 scores out of 1000. The company not only has achieved the highest score but also with a new record, achieved the highest score in all periods of these evaluations. It is to say that Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has stated 750 scores as the goal of costumers’ satisfaction for after sales services in year 96 and this dealership of Nissan in Iran has gone beyond that goal.”
He told, "Last year, Jahan Novin Aria Company has good advancements and with efforts of whole company it could have achieve acceptable results in evaluations of sales and after sales services. But this improvement is unique in auto industry of Iran.”
