According to Khabar Khodro, Amir Hasan Amiri board member and deputy of sales and after sales services in Jahan Novin Aria Company, authorized dealership of Nissan in Iran, mentioned to the report of ISQI and said, "For the second consecutive time this year, Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved first place of costumers’ satisfaction among local automakers and auto importers, with 772 scores.”
He told that the average score of auto industry in this evaluation was 673 scores and the goal of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade in year 96 for costumers’ satisfaction from sales was 750 scores and added, "Jahan Novin Aria Company, authorized dealership of Nissan in Iran, with 772 scores is the only company that has achieved the goal of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and in this period of surveys is placed higher than rivals.”
According to latest report of ISQI, this company has achieved highest scores in factors of notifying and responding, considering requests and needs of customers and costs and time of costumers.
Amiri remarked, "According to last report of ISQI, in third quarter of this year Jahan Novin Aria Company has also achieved first place of costumers’ satisfaction in after sales services among all local manufacturers and importers, which shows its successful operation in costumer caring in all divisions.”
