According to Khabar Khodro, board member and deputy of sales and after sales services in Jahan Novin Aria Company, the authorized distributor of Japanese Nissan in Iran, at the unveiling event of 2018 Nissan X-Trail said, "We are proud to achieve best achievements and honors as a vehicle importer in short time.”
Amir Hassan Amiri added, "This year, Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved first score of costumers’ satisfaction from ISQI among all automakers and importers in Iran for two consecutive times and at the last period of evaluations of after sales services, we have achieved first place among 17 automakers and importers.”
He admitted, "Jahan Novin Aria Company as the authorized distributor of Nissan in Iran with launch of more than 8000 units of vehicles in Iran market, now has the third place if market share for imported vehicles and with launch of new models this share would be increased.”
He remarked, "The culture that management of Nissan is considering, is to respect costumers and this issue is institutionalized in Jahan Novin Aria Company as a fundamental value.’
He reiterated, "I have taught and experienced respecting costumers and considering their needs and demands in this company and sure this culture is derived from deep and accurate view of high managements of Jahan Novin Aria Company.’
He told, "Auto industry is known as one of the most important and basic industries in each country and in our country it is known as a strategic industry along with oil and steel industry, too. Fortunately, in recent years and with care of officials of the country we are moving forward for industrialization.”
He added, "Along with auto industry, importing industry is described as a very important industry since in recent 10 years people that were active in importing vehicles have made advancements in auto industry of country with diversity of their models and increasing quality of services and costumer caring.”
It is to say that last night Jahan Novin Aria Company at an event with presence of some artists and high officials of this company has unveiled smart, new 2018 X-Trail.
