According to Khabar Khodro, Amir Hossein Amiri, board member and deputy of sales and after sales services in Jahan Novin Aria Company, the authorized distributor of sales and after sales services of Nissan in Iran said, "In recent evaluation of ISQI in third quarter of year 96 for costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services, we have achieved first place of costumers’ satisfaction in Iran.”
He mentioned to this success and added, "In study done by ISQI, Jahan Novin Aria Company with overall score of 791 is placed in first place of costumers’ satisfaction among 17 automakers and auto importers in country. In addition, the company has achieved highest scores in indicators including used time, paid costs and quality of services along with behavior and responsiveness of personnel.”
He told, "Services such as complete solve of recorded objections, offering facture to costumers and accepting vehicles in all office hours and in all dealerships were among factors in this study in which Jahan Novin Aria Company has achieved considerable scores that shows high quality of our services.”
He reiterated, "In published report, highest scores of costumers are for Home Service and after sales services in Tehran, Shiraz and Isfahan, respectively.”
He mentioned to factors in success of Jahan Novin Aria Company and remarked, "With wide and powerful network of sales and after sales services in 14 cities, we have offered considerable services to our customers. In addition, mobile services of Nissan which is called "Express Service” and Home Service is activated for prosperity of costumers, too.”
He admitted, "in cities such as Tehran, East Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Ardebil, Khorasan Razavi, Semnan, Fars, Kerman, Golestan, Mazandaran, Yazd, Khuzestan, Alborz and Hormozgan our sales and after sales services are offering to costumers and we are expanding dealerships in all cities.”
