According to Khabar Khodro, CEO Deputy of Saipa said, "Considering that in developed countries, simultaneous practical and theoretical training results in effective learning, this process is known as an appropriate educational model and solves many existing problems in industry and would cause development and growth in this segment.”
Amini during launch event of training center of Saipa Yadak with presence of Ghobadian, deputy of education and research in ministry of industry, mine and trade and Jahroudi, the CEO of Saipa, officials of technical and professional organization, ministry of education and university of applied sciences added, "One of the concerns of Supreme Leader is the entrance of training in industrial organizations and he had remarked it many times and he knows self- centered economy as a related object to close relationship of industry and training. Therefore, with opening this workshop training center in Saipa Yadak, we hope to go forward in solving concerns of Supreme Leader.”
He told, "Training along industry would cause all industrial projects in country to be needless to use foreign information, by training. Therefore, training could solve concerns of industry and we have made its underpinnings with cooperation of technical and professional organization. We believe that development of training would result in improvements in auto industry and businesses. In addition, during sanctions it could change the culture of changing to the culture of repair with less human error.”
He remarked, "Saipa Yadak as the first vehicle after sales services company with cooperation of technical and professional organization has made underpinnings of this important issue with opening workshop training center and we hope that other companies to follow our achievements and successes in training and go forward in developing science in industry.”
He reiterated, "Simultaneous focus on practical and theoretical training has been always considering in Saipa Yadak and the company as the last chain of production and after sales services of vehicles pays attention to training. So, we try to make peace of mind for customers who rely on us.”
He admitted, "With opening this center, it is possible to exchange science and facilities between Saipa Group and technical and professional organization.”
According to this report, at this event, Dr. Ghobadian, deputy of education and research in ministry of industry, mine and trade has spoken about the biggest problem if industry that is training and said, "Training centers should move toward demanding consideration and technical and industrial centers should also know training as their underpinnings.”
He remarked standardization of industrial and technical trainings and added, "Standardization of trainings would guarantee the success of workshop training centers.”
