According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Saipa Yadak after his introduction and in his first meeting with managers and officials of Saipa Yadak announced his plans.

Behzad Panahi announced his condolences for Arbaeen of Imam Hussein and said, "The importance of plans and priorities of Saipa Yadak are based on 5 factors that the CEO of this group has determined and are considered based on resistive economy and support of national production.”

He added, "These plans are based on experiences during work in after sales services sector and are in order to answer needs of all beneficiaries, companies and specially dealerships and satisfy customers.”

He remarked, "Considering frameworks that are determined by Saipa CEO about improving economic approach of this group, the goal of Saipa Yadak is to make after sales services as the competitive advantage of this company and increase profitability.”

He reiterated, "the view to after sales services’ network is as a business partner and pioneer in offering services to customers by a powerful and trained network. Therefore, maintaining this network and improving work place along with developing new profit lines are among plans with higher priorities.”

He admitted, "Saipa Yadak would try to increase the capacity of this network by improving the standards of after sales services’ network in training human forces, physical areas and workshop equipment.”

He said, "Considering that the CEO of Saipa is focused on revising people’s thoughts about services and products of Saipa Group, we believe that first step in this regard is to offer good services to customers.”

He told, "In the sector of offering services to customers, answering and respect are important and we would try to design services based on their needs in order to satisfy them.”

He added, "In production organization, human forces are one of the many sources but in service organizations they are the only sources, therefore, meritocracy and reconstructing employees’ trust are among our priorities.”
