According to Khabar Khodro, extraordinary general meeting of Pars Khodro Company shareholders has been hold in Saturday,Khordad10in Ramadan salon of this company.

Extraordinary general meeting of this company’sshareholders has been hold in Saturday,Khordad10in Pars Khodro with presence of more than 75 percent of shareholders.

After formalizing the meeting and reading the auditreport about confirming the increase of company’s capital from 2000 milliard rial to about 6774 milliard rial, this capital increase, which is about 239 percent of wealth increases, has approved in the meeting.

It is to say that, this capital increase would be considered fromassetrevaluation surplus of Pars Khodro according to budget law of 92.
