Launching 15000 units of Dena to local and foreign markets

According to Khabar Khodro, the CEO of Iran Khodro has announced the launch of fourth vehicle with Iranian badge of Dena to local and international markets.

Engineer HashemYekeZare’ during the opening of 13^th Shiraz Auto Show said, “Dena would be mass produced in first half of this year as most luxurious product of Iran Khodro and by year end more than 15000 units of this vehicle would be produced.”

He added, “Sending this product to global markets is one of the strategies of Iran Khodro so it is decided to produce it in foreign plants in order to increase profits.”

He mentioned that Dena is built with engineering power of Iran Khodro and based on national platform and admitted, “This vehicle has mechanical features compatible to national and international standards and is launched with regular EF7 engine and manual gearbox. Launching Dena with turbochargedEF7 engine and automatic gearbox and XUM is also in our agenda.”

He remarked, “Designing and developing bodytemplates and equipment of Dena production line is done with Iranian engineers, which has resulted in saving 11 million dollars for Iran Khodro.”

“In all process of design, supply and production quality is considered as the most important factor in costumers’ satisfaction. Iran Khodro would compete with foreign rivals on price with launching this product.”
