According to Khabar Khodro, Annual General Assembly of Pars Khodro has been hold in Thursday 26 of Tir with presence of more than 75 percent of equity owners and their legal representatives.
In this meeting the report of board of management about performance and general situation of company in financial year ending in Esfand of 92 along with assets and loans at the end of that year has been announced and balance sheet, performance, profit and loss account and cash flow of the company has been studied and after that the Assembly have certified some issues.
According to this report, financial Statements of this company including balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow for the financial year ending in Esfand 92 have been approved.
Therefore, like previous years with most of the votes, corporate audit has been accounted as legal auditor of the company and Etelaat newspaper is known as its legal newspaper.
It is to say that, considering production reduction of this company and effects of international sanctions in auto industry there were no benefits distributed among share holders because of losses.
In addition, after voting among candidates five including Saipa Iranian Car Manufacturing Company, Nivan Ebtekar Investment Company, Saipa Investment Company, Saipa Engineering and Consulting Institute and Saipa Research & Innovation Company in auto industry have been accounted as members and board of management of this company.
According to this report, Agha Mohammadi, the CEO of Pars Khodro said, "Year 92 was a difficult period for all industries especially automakers. Surprising and unexpected events for all industries have been started form 91 the peak of which was during sanctions of auto industry in 92."
He told, "At the same time, these unexpected events and sanctions from western countries have made problems for all industries and auto industry and Pars Khodro that in my idea it was the worst period in history of the company."
He added, "Our foreign partners did not accept cooperation with us in year 92 and unfortunately leave alone the pars Khodro with lots of problems and costumer demands."
"It is better to forget year 92 and just learn from its experiences for next years' plans and strategies."
