Costumer caring and earning costumers' satisfaction are the most important goals of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and the results of current evaluations show that the company in moving forward that.

According to this report, the special feature of this evaluation period is gaining highest score for services offered for Iran Khodro products while some companies have been evaluated only for some of their products.

Though still there is distance between global standards and maximum costumers' satisfaction but people in Iran Khodro would try their best to reach to that point.

Isaco has recorded this situation while it has been in first place for 5 periods of this evaluation.
