Production caring would be replaced by quality caring

According to Khabar Khodro, engineer Hashem Yeke Zare', the CEO of Iran Khodro believes recent achievements of Iran Khodro is in favor of group work of employees including people in production line, experts and managers and said, "I believe that company should improve and employees benefit that."

He added, "Three groups including costumers, shareholders and employees are beneficiaries of Iran Khodro and employees are main interested ones of company as their satisfaction would result in satisfaction of costumers."

He announced that achieving the goal of producing 60000 units is obvious and told, "The mind of employees should be changed from production caring to quality caring."

He remarked, "In recent months Iran Khodro had 140 percent production growth compared to same time last year, which due to efforts of manufacturing sector."

 About localizing parts he admitted, "Previously daily production was about 2700 units, 1800 of which was produced by local parts and the other was through CKD parts. Now, all daily production, which is about 2400 units, is completely built from local parts."

Yeke Zare' announced organized and updated paying to parts makers and told, "Parts makers should be improved and employment of youth in country should be continued, which would have positive results in economy of country."

He explained that from 16 Farvardin till now there have not been produced any imperfect vehicles in Iran Khodro and added, "80000 units of imperfect vehicles in plant is also reached to zero amount."

"Now, Iran Khodro doesn't have any problem in production and its activities are based on quality, after sales services, export and developing products."
