Constituting supreme council of exports in Iran Khodro

According to Khabar Khodro, based on strategies of senior management in Iran Khodro for accelerating policy making and applying export activities, the supreme council of exports has been constituted in Iran Khodro.

Ali Elmi, assistant of export and international affairs in Iran Khodro said, "Supreme council of exports has been constituted with the goal of ease in applying short and long term policies for exporting vehicles."

He mentioned to the Iraq, Venezuela and Azerbaijan as traditional markets of Iran Khodro and added, "Russian market is going to reopen for Iran Khodro products and production in Syria site would be commenced from 2015."

Elmi announced the plan of Iran Khodro for achieving market share in common wealth countries and told, "The plan of reactivating Senegal site is offered to board of directors and Venezuela site would be reactivated, too."

He said that from first of this year until end of Mehr the export number of Iran Khodro was about 1400 units and admitted, "In same period last year we only exported 600 units."

He remarked, "We are following up exporting 200 units of vehicles to Azerbaijan and 100 units to Iraq while 308 units are in the way of exporting to Venezuela."

 Elmi reiterated that the result of export reduction of this company if first half of this year was international limits.

He announced the export increase of Iran Khodro in second half of this year and added, "Soren has the most shares of exports among Iran Khodro products and Rana and Samand SE are placed next."
