According to Khabar Khodro, Conference of Introducing Especial Services to Major Costumers of Bahman Diesel has been hold in Olympic Hotel with presence of the CEO of Bahman Diesel, members of board of management and officials of this company along with some major costumers.
According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, engineer Mir Hakim Hosseini said, "In negotiations of Bahman Diesel with Isuzu it was decided that discount on the prices and wage of changing original parts of Isuzu products to be applied for all costumers of Isuzu."
He added, "In this plan, all representatives of Bahman Diesel after sales services would offer discount to customers for buying parts and wages with minimizing benefits."
He also announced the concern about increasing amount of feigned spare parts in market and told, "Unfortunately, it's some time that offering feigned spare parts with Isuzu brand and lower price is increased and it has made some concerns for consumers and company."
He admitted, "Certainly, using spare parts with low quality and price would not be beneficial for costumers in long time and soon they would face losses as the result."
He mentioned to the truth as corporate values of this company and remarked, "Truth should be explained for costumers and speaks should not be against reality."
He reiterated, "We do not see our costumers especially major ones in point of view of seller and buyer but we see them as a business partner."
Mir Hakim Hosseini mentioned that more than 70 percent of Bahman Diesel products are bought by 20 to 30 percent of major costumers and added, "There are many benefits for company since most of its products are bought by major costumers."
He also announced the launch of new product of this company by next year and explained, "According to determined plan, 26 tones Isuzu truck FVZ model would be added to products of Bahman Diesel by next year."
He also announced the production stop of 6 and 8 tones Isuzu truck NPR and NQR models and said, "According to the plan of updating Bahman Diesel products and production stop of old vehicles, 6 and 8 tones Isuzu truck NPR and NQR models would be out of the production cycle and be replaced by 700P products."
