Reduction of prices of consumable parts in free winter review of Rena after sales services company for Dahe Fajr

According to Khabar Khodro, deputy of Rena after sales services company mentioned to the free winter review of Saipa Diesel products and told, “The plan of free review of Saipa Diesel products starts form Bahman 22^nd until Esfand 14^th in authorized dealerships of Rena after sales services company.”

Engineer Mahdi in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter said, “Applying such plans would result in offering better services, attending costumers for Saipa Diesel products and assuring costumers in roads along with supporting and respecting costumers.”

He added, “This year’s free winter review of Rena after sales services company has different features compared to other free review plans of after sales services companies. In free services plans, cost reduction does not include consumable parts and it only includes the wage of services while in our plan, offering periodical services is along with 5 percent reduced cost of more than 27 parts, which applies for costumers during accomplishment of this plan.”

He admitted, “In this free service offering a full review of car would be done and if there were any problems costumers would be warned in order to solve them. This action would result in saving costs of heavy fixes.”

He remarked, “In first days of this plan, we faced good response of costumers, which was more than expected, as about 24 percent of costumers referred to the network in first 4 days and have enjoyed services.”

Mahdi added, “Considering the availability of dealerships there is no need to adding to them for applying this plan but development and improvement of dealerships is in agenda of Saipa Diesel and Rena after sales services company.”
