According to Khabar Khodro, chief of sales company in Bahman Diesel remarked the importance of costumer caring and said, “Achieving today’s place of Bahman Diesel and Isuzu brand is the result of good management decisions and efforts.”

According to the reporter of Khabar Khodro, Tahouri in second meeting of major costumers of Bahman Diesel Company told, “Fortunately, today using Isuzu brand in distribution industry is a kind of validation for companies and many are trying to use products with Isuzu brand in their distribution fleet.”

He added, “Certainly, trust and satisfaction of costumers are the result of good design and high quality of Isuzu brand and the efforts of manufacturer and accurate after sales services. Maybe if there were no management, Isuzu would not have reached such position.”

He admitted, “Now, NKR77 truck is considered by most of costumers in distribution division for its quality and size and compared to previous NKR55 it has no changes in size but a revised engine with lower omission and better technology while its power output has also increased from 95 to 120 hp.”

He mentioned to the new 6 tone product of Bahman Diesel and remarked, “This product compared to previous 6 tone vehicle of our company has no changes in size but its engine is integrated from euro 2 to euro 4 standards with power to increase from 133 to 150 hp.”

He reiterated, “In new 8.4 tone product of this company, we see increase in length and capacity as compared to its predecessor. In addition, the 18 tone product of our company that is launched for some years is so successful.”

Tahouri also mentioned to the cash and installment sales of this company and told, “All wholesale customers of Bahman Diesel would enjoy special sell plans of this company by paying at least 30 percent of vehicles price in cash and the rest in three years with 26 percent annual profit and using leasing conditions.”

He also announced the allocation of 25 million loans to products of Bahman Diesel and added, “As today liquidity is problem of most companies, we tried to offer 25 million loans to our products. In addition, Bahman Diesel offers other facilities to costumers in order to help buyers more.”
