According to Khabar Khodro, in newest evaluation of Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company, Siba Motor has been placed in second place of costumers’ satisfaction for selling commercial vehicles.

The CEO of Siba Motor in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter told, “Based on the newest evaluation of Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company, Siba Motor is placed in second place of costumers’ satisfaction for selling commercial vehicles with 622 scores, which shows 5 percent growth as compared to same time last year.”

Hossein Khezri mentioned that these evaluations are related to last quarter of year 94 and first half of year 95 and added, “Costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services of vehicles is evaluated by ISQI based on four factors including information and accountability, considering costumers’ needs, time and money spent and quality of delivering vehicles. Siba Motor has achieved first scores in information and accountability and considering costumers’ needs factors.”

He said, “Siba Motor is considering effective activities for superiority and differentiation of quality of sales and after sales services including offering diverse products with accurate price and quality based on costumers’ needs, on time delivery, diversity in selling process and preparing an effective sales and after sales services network.”

He mentioned some of the activities of this company for satisfying costumers and has announced the free annual periodic services of this company for third consecutive year for a month and admitted, “Vehicles of Siba Motor each year would benefit from one month free services, in order to really satisfy customers.”

He remarked that this one month free services include technical review, repairing possible objections, change of oil and filters and offering some high consumption products for free.

He reiterated, “In addition, the company has been succeeded to satisfy costumers relatively with offering high quality product with diverse selling ways including cash sales, credit sales and credit-leasing sales and on time delivery to costumers.”
