Significant growth of ISACO in satisfying costumers

According to Khabar Khodro, seminar of improving after sales services of ISACO Company has been hold.

The CEO of ISACO during this event in an interview with Khabar Khodro’s reporter said, “The goal of holding these seminars is to achieve new thoughts, ideas and approaches in after sales services.”

Engineer Sayyed Reza Hosseini added, “Multiplicity of costumers, daily production increase and product diversity, preparing new technologies and the need for new ways of offering services have made our duty more difficult and complex therefore, we are trying more. Our countrymen should know that we see costumers as most valued property of an after sales services company and are always in priority. They should know that we are trying our best in order to improve the quality of our services.”

He told, “Service sector and offering services and costumers’ taste are unlimited and we should offer accurate and diverse services in lowest time with innovation and dynamism.”

He admitted, “Following determination and accomplishment of this year’s plans for offering services to customers in ISACO, the indicator of costumers’ satisfaction is increased to 723 in Aban month from 705 in first of this year. We hope that by end of this year we could achieve 750 scores.”

He reiterated, “In year 95 we have tried to improve guarantee systems and communication with costumers. We have determined new approaches and achieved high amount of them. We hope that with sympathy and offering accurate plans in these seminars we could make a revolution in after sales services in year 96.”
