According to Khabar Khodro, at the year of "support for local products” Iran Khodro After Sales Services Company again is placed in first place of this segment with highest scores among services companies.
According to the evaluations of ISQI for performance of after sales services companies in year 96, ISACO for 9th consecutive year has achieved first place in whole country.
Sayyed Reza Hosseini, the CEO of ISACO announced the news and said, "In this evaluation, 42 companies that offer vehicles and 2281 authorized dealerships are evaluated by ISQI. Among all vehicle manufacturers and importers, ISACO with highest number of dealerships in whole country could have been placed in first place of after sales services.”
He said that this success is the result of efforts of authorized dealerships and colleagues of ISACO and added, "Efforts done in year 96 for improving quality of offering services such as accelerating processes, two shifts in dealerships, developing capabilities of ISACO apps and developing their use by people, ease of turn ratings in dealerships, emergency services including quick services in place, Emdad Plus and etc. are among important reasons for achieving this success.”
Hosseini added, "Our colleagues are continuously trying to increase the quality of services with determining update and new plans.”
