According to Khabar Khodro, after sales services company of Iran Khodro would start its Festival of Nowrouz Services from 26th of Esfand.
The festival is running for 17 days until the end of 14th of Farvardin next year and during this festival, about 2600 service centers of ISACO and Emdad Khodro Iran would be ready to offer services to customers.
The CEO of ISACO announced the news and said, "In this plan more than 370 dealerships in one and two shifts, more than 175 authorized shops, 55 units of home service motorcycles (Autoclick), equipped help fleet of Emdad Khodro Iran including more than 2000 units of help vehicles, Emdad Plus, vehicle trailer and conexes and fixed bases for emergency services would be working. In addition, about 2100 people would be ready to offer services to customers during holidays.”
Sayyed Reza Hosseini added, "Among different features of Nowrouz festival of year 97 we could mention to the launch of Emdad Plus fleet in 9 big cities, which offers services beyond those with more time for repair and also does not take the vehicle to the dealership and repairs the vehicle in place. This group with special parts and capabilities would repair vehicles in place and help customers to save time and also decrease traffic in cities.”
It is to say that in cities that are expected to have more visitors, there would be helping bases and conexes that would help dealerships in those cities.
He told, "Considering the necessity of offering repair services to customers in some busy routes, fixed bases are placed in roads such as Firouz Kooh, Chaloos, Haraz and Qom that would offer services 24 hours a day.”
Supervisory units of ISACO directly and non-directly would control the quality of services of dealerships and helping groups in order to monitor the condition of offering services.
He remarked, "Owners of Iran Khodro vehicles in case of need for help and instruction or any proposal or criticism should call answer center at 096440 and they should be assured that we would help them.
Public relations of ISACO has announced that the list of authorized dealerships and shops of this company would be published in its web site of at www.isaco.ir after launch of this plan. In addition, ISACO Application would be ready to offer different services to customers.
