According to Khabar Khodro, after sales services company of Iran Khodro, ISACO, has achieved first score among after sales services companies in Iran for eighth consecutive year.
The CEO of Iran Khodro after sales services company announced the news and said, “This year, ISACO has achieved first place in evaluations of ISQI among 40 local and foreign companies for eighth consecutive year.”
Sayyed Reza Hoseini admitted that being in first place for eight years is the result of non-stop efforts of all colleagues and dealerships of ISACO and added, “This success is the result of efforts of high management of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and efforts of all partners in supply and production and we should be thankful of ISACO dealerships that do their best in satisfying costumers.”
He announced that the most valuable result of this year’s evaluation is increasing process of costumers’ satisfaction and achieving highest amount of costumers’ trust and remarked, “The positive opinion of costumers for ISACO services is an encouragement for us.|”
He reiterated, “Despite stricter evaluation processes and higher quality of reviews, we have tried to move forward in improving quality and continuous development and achieving global standards in offering services for increasing costumers’ satisfaction with offering new service plans and preparing higher values for costumers.”
He added, “ISACO is looking to make evolution in after sales services and results show that it has moved based on plans.”
It is to say that important feature of evaluations this year is changed evaluation model that is closer to global standards and has made stricter reviews.
Therefore, ISACO with 800 dealerships across country has managed to be placed in first place of after sales services companies.
