According to Khabar Khodro, Iran Khodro after sales services company (ISACO) with 7 degrees of growth in classification of best companies in Iran at the IMI100 conference, was named best service company in auto industry among 100 best companies.
The company was in 74th place in classification of best companies in Iran last year but this year with 7 degrees of growth it is placed at 67th place to be named as best company in offering services for vehicles.
ISACO achieved this milestone while it has conducted and targeted plans for save and increase costumers’ satisfaction by holding up various working groups and always have tried to innovate new and special plans and develop electronic services.
In accordance with these efforts, based on latest evaluation of costumers’ satisfaction from after sales services for passenger vehicles, ISACO at the autumn of this year has achieved 743 scores among local companies, which shows improvement as compared to same time last year.
It is to say that classification of best Iranian companies is done from year 77 by Industrial Management Institute, which evaluates and introduces best Iranian companies based on 28 factors.
