Tehran municipality’s cooperation with three domestic bus makers

According to KHABAR KHODRO in connection with entry 700 two cabins buses to public transportation fleet transportation department of Tehran municipality chairman said: people frequently requested of two cabins buses but available buses werent profit with urban and its height level with 150 meters of earth and passengers trouble of getting on and off bus .with low width and limited door caused passengers un satisfaction.

Speaking with reporter Seyyed jafar tashakori hashemi said: air conditioner systems are not in buses or have low quality and also there are no needed equipments such as cameras in and out of bus as to better driving and other needed options.

In continue he added: tehran municipality entry of two cabins buses which had past several year has caused mobility among bus makers and this mobility caused most of domestic companies intend to produce these buses in our country.

In continue Tashakori hashemi stated: we are cooperating with three domestic companies such as isna, shahab khosro and Arg diesel which purchase these spares in CKD and launches production line of these buses in addition for one of them CKD spares has been entered and have started operation of construction and other companies are preparing production line .our thought is having two cabins buses production with expected quality in early second half of 90.

Noting to have negotiations with France and increasing number of these buses in case of using ministry of Iran’s financial sources spoke about electric buses: electric buses which are serving people has shifted to Imam hossein to Rah ahan line due to large number of diesel buses in that line.

He added: we are negotiating with electric buses makers to generalize this line to electric buses and according to one of most polluted areas in Tehran is distances 17 shahrivar and shosh which available fleet in this line is limited so we try to saturate this line by number of fleet.

Noting considered budget to electric buses in 90 he said: negotiations has operated with two companies and we are servings company’s demands and hope to reach needed agreement according to necessity of electric buses and current sources .

In connection with rising taxis prices he said: if prices don’t correct it would be unfair to society painstaking part .taxi drivers are great cortex in country which we couldn’t have compensated their rising fuel price.

He continued: even if demanded 15 percent rising be conducted just compensates rising fuel price without helping to rate of inflation .

At the end he reminded: if rising 15 percent of taxis rates be approved we just compensate fuel prices in addition we are worried about transportation fare and painstaking part their incomes have reduced we should keep their lives in medium or at least in 89 rate Level .our most concern is taxis fares which I hope take proper conclusion of .
