Leading automotive companies must be out of administrative state to leadership

As KHABAR KHODRO reports in connection with what extend our automotive industry has reached to determined goals manager of energy commission of parliament said: automotive industry could be in better level in comparison to present time . we should observe the reasons of not being in better statue.

Speaking with reporter Hamidreza katooziyan observed automotive industry and added: automotive industry up to early seventies passed stagnation period as to in 67 producing Peykan was 20 thousand units in year but 10 years later due to war and sanction production line has reached to 14 to 15 thousand units.

He added: in Iran khodro also an effort was taken and we saw spares chain supply was completed from 71 to 72 and spare part making industry shaped and started to produce needed spares in addition quality has developed and companies in connection with them were formed in association with design and production line Tam and Sap co companies are shaped and in engine supply part Ipco company acts for Iran khodro and Mega motor does activities related with engine making for Saipa .all these activities were improvement in automotive industry.

He stated: but in early eighties with stagnation in automotive industry resulted from management evolution in Iran khodro and Saipa these companies changed to assemblers companies and assemble foreign products and only Iranian production was Samand that belongs to Iran which gave conclusion in 80 to 81 of course at the time of Mr. Manteghi management new productions have shaped in Iran khodros researches parts.

Katooziyan said: they produced Samand LX and Soren which Samand face lifts were old but this evolution in Iran khodro has took more than past and this company enters three new productions to market such as 20VI and Dena which is ready to be delivered.

In continue he added: I believe leading automotive companies should be out of administrative state to leadership state and auto making trend should be leaded .there are good potential in auto industry and we can put Iran khodro and Saipa I this category.

At the end he said: to conclude these potentials we need define profit strategy to design and it needs to improve researches in Saipa and Iran khodro and also cooperation with worlds companies must be done .there is no need to work just with peoguet we can work with other companies too and choose strategic partners and try to guide our attempt forward . given favorable background we hope reach to this goal and achieve to big goals by craftspeople.
