Iranian mountain climber Azim Qeichisaz has conquered the world's third-highest mountain peak, Kangchenjunga in the eastern Himalayas.

The Kangchenjunga Mountain Peak is located near the Nepal-India border at the height of 8,586 meters.

Qeichisaz reached the top of Kangchenjunga Mountain Peak after 50 days.

He had previously climbed four other 8,000-meter-plus mountain peaks: Everest (Nepal/ Tibet, 8,850 meters), Broad Peak (Pakistan/China, 8,047), Dhaulagiri (Nepal, 8,167) and Nanga Parbat (Pakistan, 8,125).

A Nepalese mountaineer named Mangema was accompanying Qiechisaz when they both reached the Kangchenjunga Mountain Peak at 4:30 a.m. local time on Friday.
