There is no policy to export automotives

According to KHABAR KHODRO industry and mine commissioner of Islamic parliament in addition to noting no necessity of legislations for exporting automotive in country said: in export and import law discussion of exports has been supported but there is no policy or instrument to operate laws and develop automotive exports.

Speaking with reporter of KHABAR KHODRO Shahriyar taher poor considered exchange rate as an obstacle for exports and said: exchange rate adjustment, developing export awards and marketing adjustment are of much importance in a way that can boost exports while non of them are considered and we expect export parts specially in automotive part would flourish.

He stated: although award law was conducted but any awards was given to exporters.

Noting to absence of any policy for exports he reminded: there is no tool to develop exports in country and there is just lip service for it. While export needs required tools, export awards, exchange rate adjustment and sales networks which neither of these cases are not considered.

He considered granting export awards and developing business conditions important to accelerate automotive export and said: these cases has been developed somehow but the problem is interest rate that is more than interest rate in the world which caused our export production has no competitive price.

Taher poor said: in the world facility rate is 2 percent but in Iran is 26 percent and this issue causes we have no export.
