According to a report by CarsBikesIndia, Tata Motors are planning to launch the revamped and upgraded variant of their passenger car, Indica Vista hatchback.
According to KHABAR KHODRO, With the hike in petrol prices hampering sales of petrol powered cars in a big way, the time is right for car manufacturers who specialize in diesel engine powered cars to make a mark on the Indian car market.
Tata India Vista is currently available with 4 engine options in the Indian auto industry, Safire 65, Safire 90, TDi and Quadrajet. Even after making so many options available, Tata Motors have failed to improve their sales. The reason behind this failure is due to the launch of new diesel hatchbacks by other car manufacturers like Maruti, Ford, Skoda Toyota, Honda and Volkswagen.
The future too looks bleak for Tata if they don’t do something special to their variants as more new cars are expected in a similar price range as that of Tata Indica Vista. Toyota is gearing to launch Liva and Honda Brio is on its way, Tata must get their updated variants if Indica Vista in time to stay in the market.
