According to KHABAR KHODRO, global automakers invest on automotive industry as to successful presence in markets.

As reporter of KHABAR KHODRO reports, Hossein amozadeh, president of Saipa yadak in conference of marketing units of this company said: great global automakers spend about 4percent of sale for researches so this amount in Toyota is more than Saipa’s sale.

He added: early year of establishing post sale services based on low number of producing car in country, quality and post sale services process was managed by producers until development of Pride in country with the help of Sazeh gostar.

He continued: most important problem in saipa was post sales services. so process went to post sales services.

He stated: rising number of producing cars quality got more and organizational culture changed into service culture in all part of Saipa and this issue was not so important at first.

Amozadeh said: but it is about several times that post sales services is not possible without commercial activity and business just in guarantee has no meaning.

He restated: logic of automotive producer company has changed with service companies. business in post sale services is also important.

Today we are in place that we want plan in new business unit .this policy can effect on ability of post sales services in Saipa.
