Producing Renault and Pars khodro should be increased

According to KHABARKHODRO, second international conference of Saipa’s dealers was held by Saipa company in IRIB conference hall.

As reporter of KHABR KHODRO reports, president of Pars khodro company ,named dealers of Saipa yadak as connector between people and company and said: first of all would appreciate post sale services who help us in this term.

Said madani engineer said: this issue is a base to grow industry in 80s and with the efforts of Saipa automotives in Saipa reached to high quality and these resulted from post sale services efforts.

He considered Pride as most qualified car in country and said: operating effective methods we could upgrade quality of this car .

He restated: right now we are in rough situation because about 10 to 15 million extra cars are producing in world which there is no need to them and if just 5 percent of these cars be imported to Iran automotive industry would be at risk and dealers are as items that support interior productions.

He said: tariff is not an obstacle to interior production we expect to continue protections. So consumers should use of interior productions too.

He said: about lack of spare parts some measures were taken .about consumers satisfaction we are also in top grade but about quality we are at eight grade.

He added: from this year on producing Pride will be reduced and Renault and Nissan will be increased.

He restated: based on increasing Nissan and Renault production repair shops and services should be equipped too.

He said: based on available reports three manufactures of Pars khodro include Maxima, Megan and Tondar90 are of best cars.

He added: most complaints are about lack of spare parts.

He said: to solve this problem ,some negotiation has been done with Renault and Nissan companies.

He also added that other complaints are about low experience of repairman and not solve the defects completely.
