Toyota officially reveals all details of Liva except price

As we mentioned earlier today that Toyota has officially announced that they will be launching Etios Liva hatchback in India on the 27th this month.

According to KHABAR KHODRO, Later in the afternoon, Toyota Kirloskar Motors revealed the entire brochure with details of Liva hatchback, but the brochure did not have price of Liva.

According to the brochure, Toyota Liva will be powered by a 4 cylinder 1.2L petrol engine that will generate 80 bhp @ 5,600 rpm and 10.6 kgm torque @ 3100 rpm. This engine configuration is mated with a 5 speed MT as of now, do not expect Toyota to launch an automatic option in Liva.

As far as mileage is concerned, Toyota Liva will return an impressive mileage of 18.63 kmpl, certified from ARAI. Toyota’s engineers have specially tuned the engine in such a way that Liva will perform excellently in cities and highway alike.

The highend model of Liva hatchback will also be installed with airbags and ABS. Just like its sedan version, Liva too will be available in J, G, V, VX variants. J being the base model while VX being the topend model.

Liva is also the lightest car in the segment and thus has an impressive power to weight ratio of 85.8 bhp : 1 tonne. Interiors to be similar to Etios sedan variant, 251 lts of bootspace, Rear seat can be folded but cannot be split, topend variants to get special visual add-ons.
