According to KHABARKHODRO, consultant of automakers association said: there are two key points. Firstly, average grade of customer satisfaction of post sales services of 36 top companies is 761 which top grade is for Lexus with 835 grade and bottom of table belongs to Suzuki. notable issue is that VW, Ford, Kia, Nissan and Mazda are in under average of customer satisfaction and only 9 companies are more than 800 grade .in other word we should not compare Iranian grade which is 650 with 1000 we should compare our grade with 761.

Secondly, evaluation of full circulation cars are different from low circulation cars.

Mirkhani rashti said: full circulation cars with low exchange using, value added are not comparable with low circulation cars.

He added: the company which produces 500 thousand vehicles and is domestic production has different post sales services than those companies which produce and assemble just 2 thousand vehicles.

He restated: right now given to available sanctions and difficulties to replace old machineries but we have upgrading in production and we should consider that making domestic of spares with old machines in spares and there is no possibility of replacing them due to sanctions.

He considered production circulation and references to dealers important in reducing quality of services and added: as a result of being old of design in most full circulation cars, high production of them and also full circulation of domestic cars rate of references to them are a lot and in comparison to private post sales services are not comparable with low circulation cars.

He said: in a fair evaluation these two groups should be compared.

In continue he noted that customer satisfaction is not low in post sales services unit but we should increase it and added: at no place in the world customer satisfaction is not 100 percent of post sales services but average of 36 companies is 761.
