liquidity management is priority in Saipa diesel

According to KHABARKHODRO, director of Saipa diesel considered most important challenge for Saipa diesel liquidity flow and financial problems and believed he has tried to not allow expand of debts. He also considered most important priority in Saipa diesel cost managing .

KHABARKHODRO had an interview with Mohammad sheikhol eslami, director of Saipa as follows:

Please explain some explanations about your activities in this company from your directorship?

Its about 7 months which I have come to this company and I believe this time is not enough to get familiar with this massive company. but I have tried to get enough knowledge about company and its staff and up to now most of usual activities have been done in this company and cooperating with foreign partners was on the agenda but the most important issue for me was knowing Saipa diesel and get more efficiency.

What’s your concept of Saipa and how analyze it?

Saipa is active collection with good potential in commercial vehicles which this potential is in two parts of hardware and software. In software part we are part of best top companies in this industry right now Saipa diesel have some financial problems which returns to liquidity flow.

Haw was your first step using available potential?

Making mutual understanding and dispel the illusions with foreign partners, increasing efficiency in production and sales ,culture building in public and try to making mutual trust and finally move toward fairness.

what is the latest financial status in this company?

We have tried to prevent expanding of debts .that is most important activity done in Saipa. right now about 450 to 500 billion want of people which 45 percent is delayed. I try to get these debts and we have 1000 billion debts to bank that we have to pay off them.

Did you get supportive packages given by government?

It hasn’t been given not only to us but the total automotive industry didn’t get them of course this package doesn’t belong to automotive industry.

Given to sanctions, how is relationship with other foreign companies with Saipa?

Saipa has three commercial partners such as Volvo Swedish, Dong Fang in China and Foton in China and in addition to light vehicles and trucks we have cooperation with Volvo for productions more than 10 and 12 tones. But we have cooperation with Foton in pickups and we ordered for some trucks to Volvo.

Given that Saipa is known with the name of Volvo but this progress is changing. Now what is Saipa’s strategy in this term ?

I would say the attempt that Saipa had for progressing Volvo hasn’t been done by Volvo itself and how much Volvo was best it was by Saipa’s efforts .but about importing Chinese productions I have to say we should try to upgrade quality and I don’t care brands I just care about company’s benefits and priority is Saipa . in the other hand I believe our look to Chinese goods are not suitable but we should pay attention to standards .second we should not limit consumer to use just our goods we have qualified and cheap goods in import market which we can import. so the problem is another thing and totally each partner which takes care of quality we take honor of cooperating with it .
