Industrial commission tracks failure to enforce the protecting the rights of vehicle consumers law

According to KHABARKHODRO, industry and mine commissioner of parliament noting to failure to enforce the protecting the rights of vehicle consumers law by automakers said: based on fact that observer on operating this law is industry and mine department, parliament and industry and mine commission would ask of this department to answer.

Speaking with reporter of KHABARKHODRO, Mohammad reza sajadiyan said: this law was announced in seventh period of parliament so some issues which has not been operated are operating issues and we should solve these issues.

He said: if there would be need of parliament so it would track this issue.

He also said: disagreement between two departments of industry and commercial would be solved by merging them.

He added: before that production unit was of industry and mine’s responsibility and corporate affairs was to commercial department but emerging these two departments most of problems will be solved.

He restated: right now a team is working on how emerge these two departments.

He reminded: but principle observer would be parliament and industry and mine commission can be involved in this issue.

He said: this law is of those comprehensive and good laws which was codified by seventh period representatives.

He restated: in case of any complaint by consumers, industry commission would track it.
