Porsche 911 Carrera GTS B59 Limited Edition announced

When talking about Porsches and the iconic 911 model, there is no limited editions shortage, so fans of the German automaker will be glad to see that an exclusive factory-authorized 911 Carrera GTS B59 Edition Coupe has been released.

According to KHABAR KHODRO, Future owners of the car which was made as a tribute to Hurley Haywood, the man who won the Daytona 24 Hours five times for Porsche, will be lucky to get their hands on one, because only five units will be manufactured.

“Our special B59 Edition project is nearing completion and soon the driving fun will begin. It is an honor and pleasure to be involved so closely with the Porsche factory in Germany and here in the States during the creation of these special 911s”, said the Brumos Porsche General Manager, Ray Shaffer.

Made by the Brumos Porsche, a Porsche dealer from Jacksonville, Florida, the special 911 edition is powered by a 3.8 liter flat-six engine, which is delivering 402 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque, enabling the car to hit 60 mph from standstill in just 4.4 seconds, with a top speed of 190 mph or 306 km/h.

The Porsche Carrera GTS B59 Limited Edition will be available at a price of 133.540 US dollars, or 92.830 euros.
