BMW will supply engines for the U.S. hybrids

The BMW Group will be supplying the U.S. hybrid car producer Fisker Automotive his four-cylinder petrol turbo motor and auto components. A corresponding agreement was signed on Friday, BMW and Fisker, will operate between 2012 and 2013 and will deliver 100,000 engines a year.

According to KHABAR KHODRO, Units BMW plan to use for a compact hybrid sedan Nina – gasoline engines in the power plant will be used only to recharge the battery on the move.
